One of our Soundbar’s blue tooth surround sound speakers died after 7 years or so. Great soundbar, but no compatible replacement surround sound speakers available, this unit only works with its original SS BT speakers. Have been to Ray and the team at Eastcoast Electronics before with great results, so after watching a YouTube video and learning the fix was well beyond my capability (these speakers are designed not to be opened or repaired), besides buying a whole new Soundbar setup, Eastcoast Electronics looked like the best option, AND they were! Speaker fixed and working like new, Thanks Ray & the team, very happy with the result.

I have a couple of old B&O speakers that weren’t working well. These guys diagnosed the issue very quickly and organised the repair promptly. Friendly crew and I’m very impressed with their professionalism. Parking right outside the shop too. I’d definitely use them again.

I can highly recommend the professional service I received at EastCoast Electronics. My tv screen had no picture on a Friday night. I was desperate to find a solution. They were open on Saturday and Ray calmly reassured me to bring it in for assessment. Ray and his assistant went out of their way to identify the problem and were able to fix it while I went to have a coffee. I can't thank them enough. Their price was also reasonable.

I went in with a very expensive pair of headphones that would not charge after I did a bit of home surgery on them, the guys took a look and fixed the problem in seconds, saved me $650 and 2 min of their time, didn’t even charge me, now that is service. Highly recommend these blokes, absolute legends.

Ray and the team are fantastic, Ray has fantastic knowledge and advise and is very honest and helpful. Ray has repaired broken electronics for us and we have appreciated all the help he has offered to help solve other electronic issues. I would not take our broken electronic equipment to anybody else.

Couldn’t be happier with the service at Eastcoast Electronics. I took my vinyl player in and he had it fixed within 10 minutes! He was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, and even carried it out to my car for me. It’s so nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. I definitely have a few more things around the house that need repairing, so I’ll be back again soon. Thanks again for the amazing service, I highly recommend!
